Property Maintenance Coordinator North London£33,000-£37,000Our client is a prestigious Property Management company based in North London. They are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their small team. This is a full time office based role and offers parking and generous benefits. Duties will include: * First point of contact for tenants and landlords * Handling maintenance queries via phone and email * Organising contractors for essential maintenance works, refurbishments and other building issues* Supplier management - raise/log/approve purchase orders and invoices and handling day to day management of contracts* Liaising with suppliers to arrange quotes and authorise work to be completed within budget* Updating bespoke property management system This position would suit an individual with a strong background in property maintenance management who is able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
