The firm work with all the large banks and have a Real Estate focus in all the areas they practice across. They have recently attracted two new teams from top City firms; this acquisition has significantly increased workload. Equally, the firm is keen to hear from Partners looking for a lateral move.The roleThe firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor 2-4 years PQE to join their stand out City of London office.You will work closely alongside an industry leading Partner, dealing with both Commercial and Residential matters, the team is highly experienced and extremely commercially minded. Due to the firm being heavyweights in the Real Estate market, you will find the role to be heavily weighted towards Commercial matters.You will find that there is real variety to the work, making for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.Requirements:
