Property Litigation Solicitor1 - 3 PQEInternational firmLondonMy client, an international law firm with offices across Europe, the US and Asia, are recruiting for a Property Litigation Associate with 1 - 3 years PQE.The firm are sector focussed across a number of sectors including transport, energy and real estate sectors. In addition, the firm also has an enviable track record in construction and engineering disputes, as well as commodities litigation.The firm represents developers, landlords, occupiers, investors, lenders and sovereign funds in disputes arising out of real estate. This specialist Real Estate Disputes practice sits within Dispute Resolution department but, naturally, works closely with thefirms Real Estate team which acts for some of the largest and most active property investors in the world.The Real Estate Disputes team is led a Partner who is recognised as a specialist in property litigation, with particular experience in landlord and tenant disputes, representing developers in the removal of legal obstacles to their projects, assisting financialinstitutions to enforce security against land and property-related insolvency. The team has been involved in all the recent major CVAs, administrations, Parts 26A restructuring plans and liquidations in the hotels, hospitality and retail sectors.You will have 1 -3 years PQE and have qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and have specialised in Real Estate Disputes since qualifying or shortly thereafter.This role is paying an exceptionally highly competitive salary which is just being reviewed and there are genuine prospects for progression in the team.For more information please contact Catherine Knowles on and apply as directed.
