A leading national practice is currently seeking to recruit a property litigation solicitor to join their London team. This firm has a successfull property litigation team (team of 7) and they are actively looking for a driven and ambitious property litigation solicitor to join a growing team.The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues etc.The firm are very well known for their work within Healthcare, Housing providers, not for profit, governmental etc, but they also provide services for wider private sector companies. This is a client facing role and you will play a part in developing business and managing junior staff members. The work will be high level and rewarding, and will push a driven and ambitious lawyer to join their team. The firm actively promote agile working, so you can work from home flexibilty if you want, and they have a good work life balance generally. The firm also note that for the right person, long term career progression will be made available. This role is ideally suited to candidate with 4 years post qualified experience specifically within Property Litigation. The ideal candidate will have public services experience, but this is not required. Salary is £62-73k, plus a competitive package with flexible working as above.
