An established and growing property development company based in South West London are seeking their first legal Hire - An in house property lawyer.They are working on a number of substantial property development projects in London including a new build to rent a community of 1,000 apartments and a build to a rent tower of 300 apartments and would like to recruit an in-house solicitor (Legal Counsel)to work with them on the following activities together with an already appointed firm of solicitors.Main Duties:Overview of property purchase agreementsOverview of institutional funding agreements for development financeOverview of debt funding agreementsSatisfaction of lenders due diligencePreparation of property leasesPreparation of agreements to leaseOverview of property purchase / sale agreementPreparation of management and leasing contractsPreparation of consultant appointmentsReview of building contractsOverview of planning and s106 agreementsPreparation of corporate documentation and shareholders agreementsAs well as the above, the successful candidate will be involved in other legal matters related to the business.This employee will be the companies first in house legal hire and they are forecasting the department to expand quite soon.If you are a qualified Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE experience working in Property Law, please do apply for this role!
