Starting from humble beginnings, with only a handful of faithful members, the church has grown rapidly since its inception in December 1992.The church is known for hosting interdenominational events which have had an overwhelming success in promoting greater unity within the wider Christian church. We have recently celebrated our 30th anniversary and it is an exciting time to be working for Ruachas we look to expand with new dynamic projects.About the RoleThis role will involve providing comprehensive, professional and effective high quality administrative support to the Ruach City Church (RCC) Property & Facilities team and relevant stakeholders, in accordance with best practice and RCC/Order My Steps Ltdoperational standards. You will be responsible for all team administration, as well as delivering a high standard of administration performance in assigned area of responsibility against the department goals and performance targets.Why your role mattersAs Property & Facilities Administrator at Ruach City Church, you will act as first point of contact for all general enquiries and as such the face of the team, providing professional, efficient and friendly customer service and ensuring all matters are dealtwith in a timely effective manner.About youWe are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and effective individual who will be responsible for managing assigned administrative projects, by organising and coordinating requirements, planning and meeting schedules, and monitoring and feeding back results/outcomes.You will also ensure reception is highly welcoming, responsive and customer focused to all visitors, and provide front line reception service to visitors and telephone callers, answering questions and responding to queries using own initiative on a range ofsubjects in a courteous and efficient manner, either in person, in writing or by telephone. As our Property & Facilities Administrator, we are looking for you to aim for excellence by acting as a role model in service delivery to all personnel by deliveringand promoting a welcoming, professional, helpful and efficient approach to staff and volunteers when dealing with all personnel on the telephone, face-to-face, by email and through all communication forums.
