Property Bookkeeper£40,000-£45,000NW8Our client is a prestigious property investment and management company based in beautiful offices in the leafy area of St Johns Wood, NW8. We are recruiting a part qualified Bookkeeper with experience in services charge accounts to join their small & busy team.The successful candidate will be fully/part qualified AAT and will benefit from working in a small, friendly and professional team. Duties will include; * Responsible for service charge/rental accounts* Reconciling tenants accounts* Bank reconciliations for various accounts* Raising rental invoices* Quarterly and monthly VAT returns* Processing quarterly and annual rent demands* Producing monthly statementsRequirements:* Experience in service charge accounts* Experience using Sage Line 50A great opportunity for a Property Bookkeeper with experience in service charge accounts to join an established property group.
