DescriptionProperty AdministratorLocation: London, UKLooking for an opportunity to make an impact..The Role:We are in search of a Property Administrator to join the team. This role will be based at our Customer Experience Centre in London and consist of providing facilities management to the onsite leadership team, ensuring that all customer engagementactivities are facilitated.This is a high profile, visible role requiring a professional individual to provide day to day operational focus of the whole facility, including Health & Safety requirements, Security and Office Management functions.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sign in visitors and issue badges
• Management of Suppliers/Contractors
• Landlord liaison
• Responding to faults/issues raised
• Facilities budget control
• Managing all Churn activities
• Office Management including
• Health and Safety coordination
• Asset Management
• Audio Visual coordination
• Onsite Security point of contact

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Facilities related practices

• PPM Management
• Stakeholder Management

• Keen eye for attention to detail and service delivery

• Clearance to Start BPSS
• Clearance for Role BPSS
