Whatever team youre interested in joining and whatever role you play, well help you to make a difference.On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a Property Accounts Administrator for a two-month contract based in London - hybrid working model (50/50).Purpose of the Role:As the Property Accounts Administrator, you will liaise with the RLAM Property team to understand purchase order requirements, raise orders on Proactis P2P, track order statuses, make amendments as necessary, and produce essential reports from the P2P system.As the Property Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the RLAM Property team to understand purchase order requirements.
  • Initiating and raising purchase orders on Proactis P2P.
  • Efficiently handling the receipt of purchase orders within the system.
  • Tracking and managing the status of purchase orders.
  • Making amendments to purchase orders as required.
  • Producing and maintaining comprehensive reports from the Proactis P2P system.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, showcasing precision in tracking and managing purchase orders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to engage with the RLAM Property team and contribute to the successful Proactis system implementation.
  • Attention to detail.
