Projects Officer (PFI Contracts)East London£38,403 - £41,466 per annum - Pro rataPart Time - 17.5 hours per weekOur client is an award winning ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation). They are a not-for-profit company set up in 2008 to deliver high quality housing services for residents living in over 21,000 homes in East London, including 9,700 leasehold homes and 11,500 tenanted homes. In addition, there are around 350 Right to Buy Freeholders who pay a service charge.They have built a strong track record in improving their performance and delivering quality services to their residents and communities, which was a major factor in the recent decision of their sole shareholder to extend their management agreement by a further eight years from July 2020. Following this decision, they have shaped a new business plan - Create Great - to give them focus over the coming years.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new part-time role within their well established, busy and dynamic Repairs Team, within the Asset Management Directorate team. The Council has entered into a range of new arrangements and contracts to further increase numbers of available homes. They are looking for a Projects and PFI Contracts Officer, with extensive experience in managing PFI contracts, to assist them in this new venture.You will help the organisation to deliver our vision of thriving, safe, and sustainable neighbourhoods where residents can be proud of their homes, respect one another, and realise their potential.The successful candidate will:
