Job Description Morgan McKinley UK is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their Projects and Change team in the London office. In this role you will be part of the Projects, Change & Transformation team division, which sources leading candidates for both strategic and tactical initiatives across the Financial Services industry. One of our Directors set the team up in 2007 and it has grown into one of our largest and most successful divisions following the economic downturn as organisations have sought to evolve in response to new market conditions and regulations. This is a full 360 recruitment role that involves business development of new clients, as well as the delivery of contract roles. This is a strong team with great market presence and a strong client base. We work across the main Financial institutions, Challenger banks and Fintech companies. This is an opportunity to really excel in a role. What we are looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant, doing end-to-end hiring from sourcing (using a range of methods and tools), interviewing candidates, client interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
  • Business development experience is desired.
  • Ability to solve problems and be organise in your thinking and approach to work.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and someone who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
