SeniorProject / Project- Commercial refurbishment and Fit-out (CAT A/B)London£60,000 - £70,000+ Excellent BenefitsA fantastic opportunity for a focused Project Manager to join a well-established construction team based in London.As a Project Manager you will be the first point of contact for the client as you take projects from shell and core through to completion, or Cat A to Cat B fit outs.The Ideal candidate will:- Have a graduate degree in a relevant discipline for construction project management.- Experience in reporting to and working with Senior Operational Staff, Site Staff and Planning Team.- Proactively work with the Health & Safety department to ensure standards are maintained and full compliance with the safety management system is achieved.- Be commercially astute with experience of managing the financial aspects of a project.- Deliver all projects to all safety cost and programme/quality targets.- Experience of administering construction contracts including JCT and NEC.- Liaise with the relevant design teams and subcontractors.- Business development experience.- Experience with programmingsoftwareThe Perfect candidatewill have a strong track record of dealing with senior level clients face to face, delivering large scale CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects and experience working on office, commercial, or retail unitbuilds.Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: Construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture and becapable of delivering £5m to £10m as the number one on siteSolid Project Management support experience from a Consultancy, Main Contractor or engineering background would be beneficialFor more information contact Scott at Akton Recruitment -
