Project /Senior Site Manager - Commercial refurbishment and Fit-out (CAT A/B)London£60,000 - £70,000+ Excellent BenefitsA fantastic opportunity for a focused Project Manager or experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction team based in London.As a Project/Site Manager you will be the first point of contact for the client as you take projects from shell and core through to completion, or Cat A to Cat B fit outs.Reporting to a Director on a range of tasks, to include:- Managing health and safety and environmental procedures- Liaising with the client, contractors and designers- Contract Administration- Managing sub-contractors- Producing and managing project plans- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators- Reviewing of method statements and risk assessments- Tracking and documenting changes- Chairing progress, sub-contractor and design meetings- Ordering materials and labour returns- Implementing QA systems- Managing deliveries- Attending meetings and drafting minutesThe Perfect candiate will have a strong track record of dealing with senior level clients face to face, delivering large scale CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects and experience working on office, commercial, or retail unitbuilds.Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture Solid Project Management support experience from a Consultancy, Main Contractor or engineering background would be beneficialFor more information contact Scott at Akton Recruitment -
