Job Description

Project Planner and Tender Planner - Tier 1 ContractorPremises Recruitment are currently working with a Top 20 Main Contractor.The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.The RolesSenior Planner - £100m Phase of a major residential scheme in Victoria, London SW1.

  • This is Phase 1 of a £350m overall scheme. Phase 1 will create over 750 new homes.
  • The role will be a hands on planning function, creating the programme and ensuring the programme meets the project objectives spanning design, procurement, construction through to handover
Tender Planner
  • Working on a variety of pipelined projects, including a major project which is an exciting multi-phased regeneration scheme in Central London.
  • Working as part of the preconstruction and bidding team in a key role for the business.
  • Flexible Working may be accommodated once integrated into the team.
