Would you like to work for one of the UKs leading Civil Engineering companies Would you like the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within the same company If so then this could be a step in the right direction!Our client is looking to strengthen the multi utility division with an experienced Project Manager to work on utility diversions and connections throughout Central London including HS2 packages!Salary to £75k | Company Vehicle + Fuelcard | Stakeholder Pension | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Lodge Allowance (If required - negotiable)Key Essentials:* Based from various Central London locations; you will be responsible for coordinating multi-utility civils connections and diversions using both subcontract and direct labour* Working closely with site management you will be responsible for ensuring effective planning of work; ensuring that all NRSWA / Wayleave guidelines are adhered to* Required to identify cost effective solutions to problem projects whilst providing technical support for feasibility studies* Projects will need to be delivered within budget and to tight time constraints so a strong operational utility background is essential* Attending operational meetings, progress reviews and work handover; providing regular progress reports* Regularly liaise with the planning team to ensure that programmes are kept up to date with changes reported back to clients* Ensure that projects comply with company / Health & Safety procedures and client specificationsRequirements:* It is essential that you have previous Project Management experience working on power, gas or multi-utility projects* Qualified with SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor & CSCS accreditation* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including experience of MS Project#power #gas #water #telecom #multiutility #duct #civil #excavation #utilities #utility #NRSWA #streetwork #projectmanagement #reinstatement #operationsmanager #connection #diversion #hs2By applying for this position, you are agreeing for CVL:LDN to hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
