Job Description

Project Manager - Supermarket Fit OutsThe Company

  • Long established fit out contractor
  • Based in London
  • Family owned business
  • Solid reputation and stable team in place
    • The Projects
  • Supermarket and food retail
  • Clients such as Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi
  • Current workload is mainly refresh and refits to £700k
  • Fast track projects with high level of M&E (chillers etc.)
  • Projects mainly in London and the Home Counties
    • The Position
  • Multi-site Projects Manager/Contracts Manager
  • Will have an office base with regular travel around your sites
  • Looking after multiple sites concurrently
  • Will have Site Supervisors under your control
    • Essential criteriaCandidates will only be considered if they have:
  • Experience of supermarket fit out
  • Experience with a contractor (as opposed to direct for retailer or consultancy)
  • Ability to programme projects
    • The business has been established for 50 years and is financially robust. They are therefore well placed to weather periods of uncertainly such as we now face, but they are being cautious in terms of the salary offered for this current position.They are looking to secure a candidate for c. £45k + company car although there will be the potential to increase this over time, and to earn a bonus.Project Manager - Supermarket Fit Outs Required skills
