Job Description

Retail Project Manager - Process/Cultural Change - Understanding and experience of physical estate ways of working and building customer propositions.Our client, one of the UKs favourite retailers, are looking for two Project Manager to join them on a 6 month contract basis.One project is focused on the clients capability to fit own brand garments with an avatar (tech) rather than using live models.This assignment is to deliver the full technical, people and process implementation of the functionality. Technical implementation is relatively light given there is little to no integration however there is likely to be heavier culture/process changes.This activity will include onboarding and management of the relationship with third-party vendor, design, development, testing, implementation and benefit realisation of the solution, processes, cultural change and ways of working.The second position is focused on the planning and implementation of the Christmas 2024 proposition across all touch points, including online & in-store.Accountabilities

  • Plan project delivery and completion
  • Track benefits and enable fulfilment
  • Understand and manage dependencies with strategic roll out
  • Understand and manage commercial risks to benefits and customer advocacy
  • Manage senior stakeholders across the Partnership up to and including Exec
  • Track and manage scope and change control
  • Anticipate effectively the skills and capabilities required for delivery and source in good time from BAU / Change or other Professions
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Understanding and experience of physical estate ways of working and building customer propositions.
  • Can manage senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Is able to communicate complex requirements in easy to assimilate messages
  • Has experience of senior governance planning and approvals
