If you are a Project Manager experienced in supporting complex live failures resolution programmes, we would love to hear from you!The role will be responsible for effective governance and control of complex firm failures, reporting effectively up to Exec level, who are often time limited Ensure teams are aligned internally and the position is made clear with 3rd parties. Can work withina defined framework but deal with ambiguity to ensure the right outcomes for our customers.Skills Required - Utilise the Live Failure Framework to shape the response to a complex live firm failure and support the transition to a BAU state within the Estates Team. Keeping all stakeholder appraised of progress, distilling complex changes into plain English suitable for a broad audience up to Exec level. Able to chair meetings both internally and with 3rd party stakeholders, maintaining comprehensives notes and tracking actions through to completion. Maintaining a high standard of project documentation and governance, including RAID logs and meeting minutes. Supporting and co-ordinating the activity of Analysts, Business Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and external 3rd Parties. Assessing and quantifying the impact of the firm failure and its impact on operational areas.Experience Required - Extensive experience in managing complex projects with a technical delivery perspective. Proven experience in effective influencing of others and communication with internal and external stakeholders across internal teams and 3rd parties to secure the right outcomes. Experience of working with both technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to translate technical steps in a clear and concise manner. Experience of using a Waterfall methodology to control project governance but with an understanding of Agile approaches to deliver complex solutions within the overall project delivery framework.If you meet the above criteria, please apply and I will be in touch to discuss further.
