Whatever team youre interested in joining and whatever role you play, well help you to make a difference.Purpose of the Role:To deliver change projects which support achievement of RLAM strategy, in an effective and efficient manner. To ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, withinbudget and to agreed quality standards. Overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Developing and leading cross functional change teams which may include both task and line/people management, establishes an environment of trust and empowerment.
  • Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and /or interest groups.
  • Preparing and maintaining definitions of project scope and approach.
  • Working with project team members to determine the best means of satisfying requirements within the context of project objectives and constraints i.e. developing solutions.
  • Preparing and maintaining schedules of project activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Securing the resources needed to enable successful project delivery, taking account of availability and scheduling.
  • Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks, planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects and portfolios.
  • Considers operational risk and adheres to security and risk policies while ensuring that risk-based decisions are evidenced and taken at all times.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Prior Project Management work within Real Estate or Private Assets / knowledge of illiquid assets.
  • Change management: Drive organizational change across its impacted business area/s taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities.
  • Experience of leading project teams with minimal support and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple, concurrent, or competing projects.
  • Highly competent in using planning tools and experienced in implementing and operating financial control frameworks.
  • Experience of M&A projects is desirable.
  • Experience and / or knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices is good to have.
