Project Manager - Prime ResidentialThe Company:My client are one the most established names in the London prime residential market, and have an enviable list of clients including major London Landowners and UHNW private clients.They have a turnover of c. £50m per annum (much of which is already secured for 2022) and are financially very robust, having property interests alongside their construction business.My client predominantly refurbish grand homes and listed buildings in the capital as well as country houses in the Home Counties and occasional high end commercial projects.Typical projects range from £2m to £10m+ in contract value and are located in some of the most affluent locations in London, including Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia.The Role:My client are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager.You will be based from their modern office in Londons West End, visiting sites as required.The successful candidate will manage 1 to 3 live projects with contract values ranging from £100k to £5m.
