Role: Continuously improve the Delivery Assurance function to support and shape the consistent and quality delivery of programmes. Offer impartial, expert guidance to Delivery Assurers to enable them support the delivery of the agreed business outcomesthrough in depth understanding of projects, business cases and other project artefacts. Ensure that Delivery Assurance tasks are being actively tracked and appropriately acted upon across the function Perform the Delivery Assurance role for the End User TechTransformation Portfolio Solicit support and agreement from the various business unit leads and partnering with other delivery and change support functions to meet delivery assurance required objectives. Conduct ongoing reviews of the health of transformationprogrammes, in accordance with the Delivery Assurance processes, addressing actions and requirements arising from these reviews. Skills: Experience of working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influence across teamsand a wider community of other leaders and managers. Will have strong process-oriented thinking while leveraging previous experience/knowledge of delivery challenges in major projects and/or programmes in the bank. Ability to use data and insight to make informeddecisions, solve problems and input to delivery and strategic plans and can demonstrate the ability to gather, analyse and present information in business terms for management consumption.
