Tech Consultancy is seeking a senior IT Project Manager with specialisation working in the UK insurance industry. They are in need of an individual with strong understanding of and demonstrated history with ITIL, Open GI platforms and ITSM processes. Theymust also have an extensive track record of technical project delivery for British insurance clients.This is a fully remote role with a London based consultancy. Salary up to £75k depending on experienceResponsibilities:-Developing comprehensive project plans including budgets, scope and timelines-Executing projects ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with requirements and business objectives-Utilise knowledge of Open GI platforms to implement and oversee integration projects-Implement and oversee ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency and ensure adherance to ITIL standards-Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, update on progress and ensure that projects are aligning with organisational goals-Identify and mitigate risks and implement risk management strategies-Have ownership of resource management and ensure that the right resources are allocated to the right teamsRequirements:-5+ years of experience working in the insurance industry- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Insurance domain, with a focus on Open GI systems and ITSM- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM frameworks- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
