Project Manager - High end residentialA leading high-end residential design and real estate business based in Londons West-End is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in the design and build of prestigious property throughout London. Redeveloping their own portfolio, acquiring and developing some of Londons most prestigious real estate and delivering schemes for HNWIs this is an excellent opportunity to move into a quasi; design & build/client-side business and progress your career in the high-end residential market.Remuneration:£40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience)Job Role;With significant growth plans, our client requires a Project Manager that can hit the ground running in coordinating the design and build of various development projects. This includes managing turnkey projects from brief and planning applications, through to construction and practical completion.You will need to be dynamic, handle projects autonomously and be comfortable working in a small close-knit team.
