Project Manager - Heat Pump InstallationLondon£21,600 - £60,000 (Uncapped Commission)Are you an experienced surveyor or project manager within the heat pump industry and looking to take the next step in your careerWould you like to be a part of an exciting new business based in London where youll have autonomy and responsibility for growing the company, all the while benefiting from uncapped earning potentialIn this role you working closely with customers and the surrounding community to build the companys reputation while also carrying out technical surveys for the installation of renewable heating technologies such as heat pumps and solar thermal. You will also be coordinating with sub-contractors to arrange the installation of heat pumps, and eventually you will take responsibility for developing an internal team of installation & maintenance engineers.The ideal candidate will be experienced in carrying out technical surveys for heat pumps, will have great interpersonal & organisational skills, and will be driven by the opportunity to establish their own team of engineers within a company.This is a great role for someone who is technically minded, great at making sales and motivated by responsibility within an organisation.
