Job Description

We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance yourwork and home life.RESPONSIBILITIESThe role will support the Retail Fraud and Financial Crime Manager to implement enhancement to Motors Fraud and Financial Crime Framework.

  • Self-identify, own and implement improvements to working practices used by the Fraud and Financial Crime function.
  • Ensure projects are managed in a controlled manner in line with Close Brothers project methodology.
  • Engage and manage all, stakeholders and including Board Level.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, and lead the engagement of all project resources including business, technical, vendor and any other external resources.
  • Ensure that risks and issues are identified, reported and managed through to resolution.
  • Ensure changes to time, scope of budget is progressed in a controlled way, producing status reports.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and project participants.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
  • Significant experience of leading projects within a programme
  • Significant experience of traditional waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery in a structured change.
  • Significant experience in managing Financial Crime projects
  • Worked in a demanding, fast paced environment, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong change management & planning skills.
  • Strong resource planning, estimating and budget management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and distil complex information and data.
  • Experienced wide range of project scopes from technical to business change.
  • Skilled in the full MS Office suite, including Visio and Project and industry standard project management platforms.
  • Professional project/programme management qualifications, PMP.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
  • Agile (SCRUM) Knowledge
  • Project/programme management or Agile qualifications, e.g. Prince 2 or BSC Agile Practitioner certificate
