If you are a Project Manager experienced in migrations and implementations of financial planning programmes, we would love to hear from you!In this role, you will be required to deliver a smooth transition to a new financial planning programme and develop a strong understanding of the tool to share and maximise the benefits.Main Purpose - Successful sustainable delivery of a new cloud-based finance planning and forecasting system. transition from and decommissioning of current planning and forecasting solution - Oracle PBCS implementation of benefits realisation infrastructure to ensure roles and responsibilities for measuring and realising benefits are realised. In additional the role holder will also be required to support business and technical projects across the People, Finance and Legal portfolio as required.Skills Required - Working with business leads, external vendors, stakeholders, and SMEs to build a detailed prioritised implementation plan with supporting quality assurance checkpoints and controls Co-ordinating the activity and matrix-managing a project team of Business Analysts, Vendors, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts Assessing, quantifying, and framing the impact and benefits of potential changes to systems and operational processes Preparing and presenting progress updates, adopting an engaging approach to distil complex plans, risks and issues into executive summaries.Experience Required - Working in a finance environment in a PM capacity delivering integrated finance systems Integration of finance packages with strategic solutions Knowledge of SQL, data warehouse, finance budget and forecasting reporting requirements and advanced Power BI skills Using both waterfall and Agile project methodologies Comfortable working with uncertainty and bringing others on the journey with confidence and clarity Able to challenge, and manage challenge from, experienced and expert stakeholders, in an engaging and positive way. Able to champion their work and articulate why it is needed and the value it brings to the business.
