Location - Birmingham but flexible Duration - 6 MonthsRate - £465 Inside Ir35The primary role of the Business Project Manager is to manage the delivery of the SAP Fieldglass implementation, assist in the implementation to improve the management of 3rd parties, covering both contractors and outsourced contracts and deliver cost savings. Project managed delivery:*Accountable for leading the delivery of the SAP Fieldglass project. This is large, complex and represent significant benefit and risks to them within a complex stakeholder environment.*Managing the delivery of the project so that the deliverables and releases are completed on-time.*Matrix management of a multi-disciplined team with several workstreams, including contractors and 3rd parties and resources from other CFUs.*Ensuring that there is a formal audit trail for the sign-off of all deliverables.*Chair regular project meetings to review risks, issues and progress against plan.*Monitor progress against the plan and intervene when necessary to take corrective action to stay on plan.Skills & Experience:Project management:*Highly developed project management skills with experience of delivering ERP solutions on a large scale through the full project lifecycle.*Experience of Agile and Iterative delivery methods.*Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a culture of high performance.*Advanced experience of managing projects to deliver new systems, services and transformational change.*Matrix management of multi-disciplined teams and managing suppliers and contractors.*Experience of implementing HR, Finance and Procuremeny systems and the typical delivery lifecycle.
