Job Description

In the past few years weve earned our share of Cannes Lions, Clios,POPAIs and Kinsale Sharks.Your Key Responsibilities: The role of the DTC (Direct to Consumer) Senior Technical Project Manager is to work with the Director of DTC Delivery to create and execute project plans to deliver a mixture of new intiatives for the DTC Samsung.com sales channel.Details:

  • Working with other teams in the DTC department agree what projects will be managed and delivered
  • Liaise and lead the Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver projects
  • Manage the backlog roadmap for eCommerce development
  • Liaise with the DTC Development team to supply the team with development tasks
  • Support the DTC Delivery Director shape the overall Programme plan
  • Produce and follow through plans to deliver projects
  • Work within an inter-agency environment, collaborating with multiple agencies across various disciplines to ensure Digital and S.com priorities are discussed and delivered.
  • Work with UX teams to ensure all projects being added to S.com integrate with current and future plans to provide an enhanced customer experience
  • Formal Project reporting including Backlog status, Risks, Issues and so forth. Support the Director of DTC Deliver to define and agree reporting with the business
  • Track, drive and report on project KPIs.
Essential:
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
  • Experience in defining and delivering ecommerce digital projects
  • Strong experience in working with either Hybris or Payment gateways is an advantage
  • Good understanding of utilizing analytics/data to monitor, evaluate and optimize project delivery
  • Flexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)
  • The ability to package and present ideas with clarity, and to convey complex, eCommerce information in an appropriate way
Desired:
  • Experience with (or deep understanding of) the consumer electronics industry.
  • Business Analysis understanding and skills
  • Big brand experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Global or European experience good but not essential
