Project Manager - Construction ConsultancyThis consultancy is looking for a Project Manager / Senior PM to work on a range of projects that include commercial offices (new builds & refurbs), high-end residential, mix-use, hotels, leisure, health, education and film studios.Location: London (EC1)Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 (car allowance, pension, health, and other benefits)About the company:The company is a well-respected construction consultancy who work on a range of commercial office projects, high-end residential, leisure and hospitality, education, and health projects. They offer their clients project management, cost management, and building surveying services. Their Project Management team is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in London and work on a range of projects but with a focus on commercial offices refurbishment projectsAbout the opportunity:You will work with their Project Management team in London and report back to the overall Project Director. You will need a solid understanding of Construction Project Management able to run your own projects with at least 6 - 10 years’ experience across a few sectors with good contract administration experience.The team is made up of 20 staff. 10 Building Surveyors who take control of smaller projects ranging in value from £100k - £3m, and 10 - 15 Project Managers who look after larger projects from £10m - £100m. You will be working on a range of these larger projects.This vacancy will suit an ambitious individual as there is plenty of room for the right project manager to progress within the organisation.Requirements:
