Project Manager | Boutique Consultancy | Phenomenal Progression One of our key clients within the industry has instructed us on an excellent opportunity that they have available within their company. The initial focus will be on the Student Accommodation and Hospitality sectors working closely with key stakeholders on some phenomenal schemes.Remuneration:£50,000 - £60,000 + packageAfter meeting with our client and gaining an in-depth understanding of the opportunity that is available. It is unarguable that this consultancy work on some unique projects with very interesting clients.Although boutique, the consultancy recently received backing from a major Asian investor and have exciting expansion plans for the next 5 years. The company are looking to expand across all levels so now is the perfect time to join their team!This consultancy is currently working with some major clients within student accommodation, focusing on new build and refurbishment projects. On the hotel side there is a real range of projects meaning that no day would be the same; working for the likes of Premier inn, as well as some of the most prestigious and high-end hotel owners in the UK.Typical project sizes will initially range between £20 - £50 million, so some experience with new builds and refurbishments projects, and a strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts would be essential.As a business this consultancy works across a range of sectors, with a constantly expanding portfolio of projects so if you are an ambitious Project Manager and looking to progress your career please apply with your CV in word format.Requirements:
