My client is on the lookout for ambitious, talented, and smart individuals to join an expanding team.DescriptionJob Description You will be the primary contact for project stakeholders, internal and external; will ensure that an excellent working relationship is maintained between stakeholders; and assume the responsibility for providing an effective and high-quality service within a quality managed and regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and maintenance of a structured project management process appropriate to the business needs

Project leadership, using skills of influencing, negotiation, and understanding, finding consensus amongst an audience which may have diverse views

To drive and support project(s) execution, including:

- Creating and maintaining project schedules- Management of resources, addressing capacity constraints as they may occur- Monitor and report on project progress- Escalation of project issues as they may occur- Preparation of project documentation, including plans and reports

Ensure project scope is maintained

Ensure that project outputs are compliant with all quality and regulatory requirements

Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that information is accurately communicated in a timely manner.

ProfileThe Successful ApplicantExperience- 3+ years experience of project management in a healthcare/medical setting- Certification as a Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or the equivalent) - Delivery of reports and presentations of scientific data and information- Experience in a quality managed environment certified, or accredited to (ISO13485, ISO15189 or ISO17025 standards)Skills and Abilities- Able to create effective written documentation in English- Communication skills, ability to deal with a wide range of people and build/maintain constructive relationships both internally and externally- Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records- Planning, organising and prioritizing skills- Computer literate (Microsoft applications e.g., EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, PROJECT etc.)- Able to identify and report problems or potential problems accurately and early, with a creative approach to problem solving- Able to organize own work with minimal supervision and prioritize own work in response to deadlinesDesirable- Degree qualified in a scientific or engineering discipline or experience working in a technical role as a scientist orengineer- IVD/Medical device manufacturing and/or laboratory delivering a testing service- Familiarity with relevant regulations, e.g., CE IVDR, MHRA, FDA- Experience of having worked in a range of organizations engaged in products and services provision, preferably including start-upsPersonal Attributes- Interest in healthcare and the consumerisation of healthcare- Willingness to work as part of a team and to be open-minded and cooperative- Self-starter with default to persevering- Flexible attitude towards work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to undertake necessary training, to develop & apply new skills and knowledgeJob OfferWhats on offerYou will have a voice and the opportunity to make an impactBe ready to learn, have fun and be inspired by our passionate, talented team.Competitive base salary, performance related bonus and share options in a rapidly growing business.
