Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Manager Asset Management

  • artefacts, reporting and communications plans
  • Chairing the weekly working group, producing agenda and circulating notes
  • Planning and monitoring the projects/work streams progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate. Managing the aggregate project/work streams
  • Ensuring clear vision and value of the project is documented and articulated to all project stakeholders.
  • Reporting and communicating progress against plan and issues to Project Leads from Core COO & Compliance, Work Stream leads, EROC/Group Executive Committees, Project Steering Groups and Fund Boards etc. as required
  • Managing dependencies and interfaces between projects and programme work streams and the management of risks and issues affecting Consumer Duty projects delivery
  • Ensuring project is fully resourced to meet their project objectives within time, cost and quality constraints and overall integrity of the projects
  • Oversee delivery of the final reports to Fund Boards.
Skills / Experience Required: Project Manager Asset Management
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience of project, programme and business change management methodologies and tools
  • Experience of developing and maintaining project-level schedules, resource plans, budgets and financial forecasts, RAID logs, Change Requests/logs and status reports
  • Consultancy experience preferred
  • Credible and robust evidence of stakeholder management at all levels
  • Experience working within the Asset Management industry preferred
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude
