Job Description

Project Manager, Professional Services, Agile, Waterfall, Business Change, Mainly RemoteProject Manager required to work for an exciting Professional Services organisation based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will mainly be based from home. Please read carefully before applyingHere is what we need and, unfortunately, we cannot be negotiable in this search:

  • Extensive Technical Project Management experience across several verticals
  • Experience of also delivering Non-IT Projects, along with anything related to Business Change
  • Professional Services experience a PLUS
  • What would be a miraculous match is if you have had Technical Project Management experience within New Resource / Booking Management systems
  • MUST understand Complex Project Governance and be able to show your battle scars as to what exposure you have had here
  • MUST know the difference between being a Senior Project Manager and a standard level Project Manager
  • MUST have worked for a company (or companies) of 2,000 people+
  • MUST have commercial AGILE experience
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Extensive Stakeholder Management experience with a huge degree of confidence - too many candidates have been very nervous as a presentation will be required at 2nd stage interview. How this is delivered will be measured as to how you would handlecertain tough customer like stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate personal responsibility for each and every project delivered
  • Ability to show ultimate pragmatism when approaching difficult projects
  • Strong presence with excellent people, communication and presentation skills

  • Agile PM
  • Lean Practitioner
  • Six Sigma Black belt
  • PMP
  • APMP
  • Prince 2
  • PMBOK
