Job Description

Im working with a Media client of mine who are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their technology department which are responsible for the design and delivery of all of their technical projects.Candidates must have:

  • Several years of project management experience within a formalised governance environment.
  • Previous experience working within a technology or has Broadcasting industry experience.
  • Managed a minimum of 4 projects previously.
  • A recognised project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 or PMI.
  • Confidence in project management processes and the use of these (such as agile, waterfall).
  • An understanding of IT, broadcasting, IPTV, OTT and how digital technology contributes to the services being delivered, e.g. digital asset management.
  • Experience of managing external third-party suppliers, contracts and procurement of products and services.
  • VOD or DRM experience (Desired).
  • Attention to detail; self-starter, delivery focused, works to own initiative and has a strong focus on successful project completion.
