MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for an interim vacancy, experience within Asset Management and Compliance essential.This vacancy is to ensure the effective collection of data, reporting and requirements from a compliance perspective as well as the delivery of projects across social housing stock.Title: Project Manager (Compliance & Data)Salary: £400 per day inside IR35.Location: North West LondonContract: InterimThe role involves elements of remote working however will prefer local to North West London due to potential site visits.Requirements:* Project management of an asset management or compliance project for a social housing organisation* Manage Key Performance Indicators alongside contractors and understand how to make the project run more efficiently.* Manage a budget of around £600k, ensuring cost effectiveness and value for money throughout.* Provide data within progress reports and use data analysis to strengthen health and safety, governance, and compliance to landlord obligations.* Documenting the update process (in the same format as the DRP 1 elements) and responsibilities for these programmes and adding this to the Data Management Manual.* Forward identified anomalies from the triangulations to Operations for investigation and track responses.* Produce a list of attribute updates for upload.* Review of policy documentsSuccessful candidates will require a professional outlook and be able to utilise full suite of Microsoft office packages and other Asset Management systems.Qualifications in Building Studies and any affiliation to a professional membership would be desirable.
