Job Title: Project Manager [Consultant] Client: Global entertainment and MediaLocation: Remote/ London Duration: 9 months (initial engagement) Rate: Depending on ExperienceNote: This contract is inside IR35 and working via an Umbrella companyThis is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to be part of a Global Entertainment and Media company based in London! The role will involve supporting several critical international projects relating to Global Retail & eCommerce.Candidates with previous experience in Media / Entertainment will be preferred.Expectations- Available to work flexible hours to accommodate global collaboration- Responding during off-hours to lead resolution of critical project issues Page 2 of 3 Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time 2- Able to positively adapt and plan to critical requirement changes throughoutEssential Job Functions - Understand Business Processes & Requirements in-depth and effectively apply them to appropriate technical solutions- Drive gap-analysis exercises where necessary and develop process flows for to-be state- Develop the end-to-end project plan, across multiple business units- Develop cost estimates, capturing underlying assumptions- Track project spend against budget, across workstreams- Track consolidated Risk, Issues, and Action Items logs- Responsible for BU Stakeholder Management throughout project phases- Ensure team readiness and manage the execution of integration, cutover and roll-back activities- Support information security and data privacy diligence and ensure solutions adhere to WB InfoSec guidelines- Assist in 3rd party vendor contract (e.g. SOW and MSA) reviews- Assist in preparation of executive communications- Assist with review of current technology Service Desk/Help Desk support systems and determine requirements for Support Transition- Miscellaneous: manage project documentation and file repositories; document lessons-learned and best practices; provide meeting minutes, as well as manage the action item follow upRelevant Previous Work Experience- 7+ years of experience in managing technology project delivery of a large and diverse portfolio -- required- 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce projects; implementations of Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud -- required -Experience in MuleSoft or other connectivity middleware -- required- 6+ years of experience providing project leadership and partnership to business stakeholders -- required- 5+ years of experience managing full application lifecycle - required- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and fully comfortable in performing both PM and BA functions -- required- Experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau or other reporting apps -- required- Experience with Data Lake structures -- strongly preferred- Experience in complex systems integrations to financial and other systems -- strongly preferred- Experience with delivering projects with satellite project resources/vendors -- strongly preferredSkills/Competency Required- Performs in-depth Business Process & Gap Analysis in preparation for Project formation- Identifies improvement opportunities- Accountable to delivery timelines and budget approvals- Maintains understanding of changing business needs and the subsequent impact on process or technology- Works effectively and efficiently in:o a fast-paced multinational corporation, across different time zoneso a multi-labor work environment that includes internal, out-sourced resources and other third-party service providerso a varied portfolio with multiple simultaneous projects & timelines- Understands process and technology related dependencies and issues, and factors them into decisions and recommendations- Works independently, applying in-depth knowledge of project methodologies as appropriate- Expert in delivering projects for enterprise sized systems and infrastructures- Understanding of IT infrastructure architecture concepts- Understanding of client-server software architecture concepts, as well as SAAS- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities- Excellent written/verbal oral communications and presentation skills; able to communicate with people confidently at all levels in a professional and mature manner
