Job Description

Project Manager Our client are highly respected business and technology experts, providing professional services firms unprecedented software, strategic consulting, and technical expertise to strengthen business performance. Due to rapid growth, they are now looking torecruit a Project Manager.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the implementation team in the execution of projects to deliver Task Management, Risk Management, and Time Management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope. This individualis adept at collaborating with business and technology leaders, balancing multiple projects, and delivering solutions that enable customers to maximise their investment.Responsibilities will include some of the following:

  • Planning, organising, and delivery of projects using the relevant project management methodology
  • Creating and managing a project plan, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
  • Leading and managing the project team
  • Managing project deliverables
  • Delegating project tasks
  • Serving as the point of contact for the project team assigned
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with the clients goals
  • Performing quality control throughout the project
  • Risk Mitigation
Skill and experience required will include:
  • Project management experience within the legal industry
  • Intapp, Aderant or Elite 3E experience highly desirable
  • Exceptional critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel to client locations as and when required, although the role will be remote/home based most of the time
  • Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Familiar with the complete project cycle, from presenting the initial business case, to post implementation review
