Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a focus on transforming customer experiencesThis project involves a heavy focus on the customer - specifically analysing how they can interact with the product and transforming the customer journey and experience.Please note, this role requires a mixture of on-site attendance and remote working, with flexibility to choose which days you will be on-site. This role is offering up to £650 P/D INSIDE IR35 for an initial 6-month contract.Responsibilities

  • Able to parachute into existing projects, get quickly up to speed, maintaining momentum & delivery pace with a focus on customer transformation
  • Manage new and in-flight projects through the project lifecycle using industry standard project and delivery methodologies to plan, monitor, execute and deliver all projects successfully to realise benefits
  • Lead virtual teams comprising of business, delivery and partnership areas, and external suppliers
  • Confident management of stakeholders and their varying requirements and styles. Leading stakeholders to ensure they trust that they are working in partnership with the Change team to deliver the right thinking, environment and solutions across the wholeof the change journey
  • Have a keen focus on new and evolving ways to improve solutions and business performance with CX
  • Demonstrating out of the box thinking to challenge the norm and create higher business performance
  • Team player who will establish rapport and trusted relationships with change team and across the wider business to promote a better customer experience
  • Work closely with business readiness roles to enable business teams and leaders to prepare and successfully implement all levels of change, ensuring business teams have the tools and techniques to own and embed their changes successfully
Skills and experience
  • At least 3+ years project management experience, with project management qualifications
  • Proven track record of planning, managing and delivering business change
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor information for diverse audiences
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all areas within the organisation
  • Able to work under pressure with a flexible approach and attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritising tasks and managing time appropriately
  • Strong influencing skills across a wide range of stakeholders at various levels in the organisation
