Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our client- a global leader within media, entertainment and technology.The appointed PMO Administrator will play an integral part within the Global PMO Team. Suitable candidates will possess exceptional communication skills; fantastic attention to detail; be incredibly well organised; a self-starter and have experience of end to end project life-cycle.This position will appeal to an individual who is excited by new product development and thrives in uncertainty, whilst seeking to shape Project Management practices that reduce ambiguity overtime.ResponsibilitiesAs a PMO Administrator you will support the PMO and Delivery teams across the following crucial areas:

  • Recording minutes and tracking actions of key governance sessions
  • Collating status reports
  • Documentation and configuration management
  • General Administrative tasks to support the department including but not limited to: Recruitment, Time sheeting, Shared Calendar, Training, Financial Management, Org charts
  • Skills required:
  • Formal project management training
  • Experienced senior administrator/ co-ordinator with project coordination/ project management experience and training
  • Demonstrate quality and attention to detail in everything you do
  • Have a can do attitude, will lead by example and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Be highly organised and have the drive to bring order and structure to the projects environment you will be working in.
  • Experience/ exposure to the end to end project life-cycle
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities
  • Pride yourself on your strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience working within large media organisations
