Job Description

UniLED has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Management Lead. This is a key role overseeing all operational project works at UniLED.Who We AreUniLED specialise in the service and maintenance of digital signage networks. We provide a comprehensive and fully integrated service solution for our clients to fulfil their business needs. With a portfolio of over 1,000 screens, UniLED has established itself as the market leader of screen maintenance and content management in the UK.Job DescriptionDue to the continued growth at UniLED there is a need for an experienced Project Management Lead.As the Project Management Lead at UniLED, you will manage and deliver all projects on time and within budget, whilst working closely with all key stakeholders. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to understand scope of works and define project timeline and deliverables.Key Responsibilities

  • To own the end-to-end program delivery including, scoping, programme of works and delivery of all target in line with client requirements.
  • To manage planning and deployment of appropriate resource including when required recruitment, ensuring that work stacks are managed, service is delivered within agreed SLAs and in the most efficient way possible.
  • To build strong and effective relationships with direct reports, clients and key stakeholders to deliver first class service.
  • Responsible for all commercial elements of the project, including P&L delivery, delivery against contract requirements, managing costs and compensation events.
  • To lead a team of Project Managers, Company Technicians and Contractors
  • Overall owner of all health and safety requirements for the project along with ensuring the wellbeing of all direct reports.
  • Responsible in creating and instilling a safety culture across the project.
  • To ensure all requirements of the contract are delivered within agreed SLAs and ensure all customer requirements are met including compliance.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement and ongoing development of all direct reports.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Construction/Engineering related role
  • Qualification in project management
  • PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • On site experience mandatory
  • A professional and refined negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment
  • Highly organised with a pragmatic and analytical approach
  • A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • RICS, CIOB or MAPM accreditation is desirable
  • Driving License is essential for this role
