Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Project Management Consultantwith previous experience of working within a consultancy environment to join our growing team. Use your experience of project management consulting, working on a varietyof projects from corporate restructuring, operational improvements (non IT) and outsourcing projects, to help us expand our project management services to our pension clients.This is a new role where you will be responsible for building and growing our market footprint in the project consulting industry. You will also be responsible for winning and deliveringproject to helpour current pension clients reach their goals and solveproblems.This role will be unique in shaping future capabilities and offerings we provide to our clients. You will be part of a thriving and dynamic team who work across multiple disciplines, lines of business, clients and external parties.Please note, thisis not an Agile or IT PM roleOur work style:We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and WTW offers flexible working opportunities (full time or part time) in a ‘hybrid’ style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactionsdependent on the needs of the team, role and clients.Office location:This role can be based out of any of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office.The Role

  • Win and deliver projects (e.g. corporate restructuring, operational improvements (non IT) and outsourcing projects) including developing, implementing and managing the change process to ensure that clients’ organisational changes are smoothly and effectivelyimplemented
  • Provide tailored project management services that assists our clients in establishing their options, defining their project needs and managing project delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery
  • Demonstrate extensive experience as a project management consultant and ability to provide leadership and guidance
  • Develop and deliver a growth strategy focused on growing project managementconsulting services
  • Create reusable and relevant Intellectual Property
  • Support, coach, train and mentor team members onproject managementconsulting
The Requirements
  • Extensive experience in project management consulting
  • Extensive project management experience including experience of developing and winning new business
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset to help drive our wider business forward through pitching for and winning new projects
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM, PMP, CSM)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships, establish credibility, solve problems
  • Demonstrable experience of working on challenging and complex projects and programmes with specific responsibility for driving outcomes
  • Clear, concise and confident communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Solid planning and organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships, establish credibility, solve problems
  • Highly motivated, self-starter requiring little supervision
  • A firm commitment to delivering high quality service
