Job Description

The successful Project Lead - Change and Deployment will play a pivotal part in transforming the current financial architect processes and systems. You will also manage the full delivery of the full change, ie training and deployment.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Pharmaceuticals brand looking to hire an Project Lead - Change and Deployment to join their team based in London.DescriptionAs the Project Lead - Change and Deployment, you will be using your project management and communication skills to work between key stakeholders, team members and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of the project road map and its deliverable,being the bridge between the programme and the business.ProfileThe successful Project Lead - Change and Deployment will have:

  • Experience of finance as a function is essential
  • Experience of finance Projects, particularly managing Change and deployment of a finance system implementation and working with a system integration partner.
  • Deep knowledge of software (SAP and BI) development projects and delivery in dynamic environments
  • Lease accounting software experience (Co Star) - advantageous
  • Experienced Stakeholder Manager ability to gain the trust and respect of internal stakeholders who will rely on your advice, guidance and management on required business change
  • Excellent and demonstrable writing ability, project management, planning and multi-channel communications experience (particularly digital communications) is essential, with a proven track record of deploying successful process and system change to diverseaudiences
  • Experience of large/global matrix organisations
Desirable:
  • Lease accounting software experience (Co Star)
  • Specific Expert knowledge in specialist lease process area
  • Broad deployment experience (development, management and application of)
  • Finance transformation experience
  • Significant work experience in IT, Finance and Operations functional area Pharmaceutical background
Job OfferOn offer for the Project Lead - Change and Deployment is:
  • 6 month contract, with poss extension
  • Outside IR35 day rate of up to £450
  • Only required in the office 1 day per week, or subject to business needs.
