Are you a Project Director looking for your next role Do you have experience of running construction projects for a Main Contractor with the value of over £40 million Are you looking to join a business that have had some major investment and are lookingto grow year on year Are you able to work in Central London Seeking a salary up to £120,000 If so please read on....This Main Contractor have recently had some overseas investment which has now given them the balance sheet to compete with Tier 1 Contractors. They have a solid history and foundations in place with a CEO who comes from a Tier 1 background. His vision is tocreate a business that can compete with any main contractor and they have the foundations and cash flow to do this. They have a head office in Central London and the work will be based in London and Birmingham.This role is to start on a project in Central London that consists of a 21 storey RC frame up to 10 floors with an additional10 floors of modular construction. It will consist of half commercial and then a hotel. The project will be starting on the demo inJanuaryso the Project Director will be able to come in and oversee this, help appoint the supply chain and then manage the project to completion. The project itself is valued at just under £50 million and we need to see people with this sort of experience.This Project Director will have the whole team reporting into them as well as having fullcommercial control sothey must have a sound financial understanding as the buck stops with them. They will report directly into the CEO and will be a major part and contributorto the growth of this business.
