Job Description

Our Client is a leading engineering business based in London. The company currently require a talented Project Delivery Manager to join the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a connection point between IT and business.
  • Shape and track the release scope for the next few sprints.
  • Create long-term and short-term development plans, track the plans alignment.
  • Structuring the team work and shaping the development processes to maximize the
  • performance.
  • Evaluate development team performance and the development processes.
  • Shape the team through the planning understanding and the team capacity assessment.
  • Communicate and manage expectations of the stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations of the product as required.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Assist with collection, analysis and systematization of requirements, decomposition of projects and tasks in Jira, prioritization of tasks in accordance with the plan.
Skills Required:
  • Previous 3+ years experience working as a Project / Delivery Manager within agile software
  • development teams.
  • University degree (Bachelor / Master).
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines.
  • High working capacity, neatness, attention to details, multitasking.
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English speaking and writing abilities.
Salary:
  • Up to £120000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
