Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator, Qualitative ResearchDivision: PublicLocation: Millbank, LondonThe Public Division in London is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their qualitative department. In this role, you will oversee research projects liaising with the field team, coordinating delivery, and managing fieldwork. This role is key to delivering the studies across the qualitative team.Employing around 500 people globally, the Public Division of Kantar is a leading supplier of public sector research, with expertise across policy areas and in a range of methods, including classical research techniques, behaviour change, public communications, national statistics, deliberative dialogue for example.The role sits within the specialist Policy and Implementation team, which includes a centre of excellence for qualitative research and consultancy – delivering high quality and innovative qualitative research for government and other public sectors organisations. The team work closely with quantitative colleagues and undertake both qualitative and mixed-method studies.KEY OUTCOMES

  • Coordinate the set-up of research projects (timetable, resource, briefing documents, set up meeting)
  • Manage the fieldwork/analysis with support from project leads (resourcing, logistics, freelancers, sounds files, analysis charts)
  • Set up and maintain the recruitment across all active studies and on individual studies: screener, field briefing, manage field, check quotas, provide recruitment updates, provide final sample frame
  • Has an efficient resource allocation (set-up, fieldwork and recruitment) to ensure cost effective delivery
  • Monitor and check the project throughout the life-cycle with the project manager support.
  • Troubleshoot ongoing issues across the study with Project Manager support
  • CAPABILITIES
