The Role:An opportunity is available to work with a team of highly talented designers working on extraordinary international projects! This large international architecture and design studio is looking for a Project Coordinator to deliver high level administrative support and day to day running of client projects.The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the projects as well as communications and coordination with project clients, consultants, and suppliers externally. The ideal person for this role will have at least 3+ years working in a similar role within the built environment. They will understand the importance of working as an effective member of an inhouse team and working with external stakeholders.The company offer a range of great benefits including your birthday off and breakfasts in the studio.Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing drawings Prepare and manage stage approval letters on completion of work stage deliverables Assist project teams by monitoring project workflows, anticipating busy periods and deadlines, collating drawings and technical documents Collect project expenses and maintain timesheets Recognise and record changes of scope with Design Change Requests and raise Additional Service Requests for Finance Prepare drawing issue sheets Prepare Returned Drawing Submittal Sheets for all consultant and sub-contractor drawings returned with comments and mark-up Support in contractual and legal documents Some diary and mailbox management for project leads Manage project archiving Compile project reports and presentations Ensuring information from Consultants is tracked or chased as necessary Proof-reading, formatting, and setting up documents as requestedKey skills: Must have a technical understanding of the stages of interior and architecture design projects Financial and commercial awareness Experience using Aconex or other document control software Experience using Paprika or other timesheet management system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Photoshop and InDesign an advantageTo apply for this position please click on the pink button to attach your CV.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
