An award-winning global design led architecture and interiors firm is seeking Project Architects or job running Architects with previous hotels and hospitality sector experience. The studio has a reputation and passion for contemporary, sustainable designand work designing mid-size to large urban mixed-use and hospitality projects that span the globe.We are recruiting for a project running Architect to join their vibrant and design lead project team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with minimum 3 years and up to 10 years professional and comprehensive project experience. You will befluent at generating creative design at all stages of projects and have knowledge preparing technical design and specification information for construction, with the ability to take responsibility for projects into planning application and delivery alongsidea Senior Studio Leader and within the project team.Good communication skills are required, managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractor teams.A passion for sustainable design and architecture is a must as is direct working knowledge of all RIBA work stages especially up to planning application and you should be proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCad (essential), SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesignand Hand sketching!Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and skills, with a healthy benefits package also included.This is a great opportunity to join an inclusive, friendly, fun and vibrant studio whos work is award winning.
