This person must have the following skills and experience;- Be able to work at RIBA Stages 1-3 - Design focused- Have strong Revit experience- Have residential experience in the UK- Be comfortable and experience liaising with clientsClient DetailsThis practice has grown from strength to strength and focuses predominately on high-end residential, commercial, educational, conservation, and leisure projects.They have won a number of awards.Description* Work on all RIBA stages of projects from inception to completion* Reporting to the Associate and Director* Manage and mentor more junior team membersProfileLeading the process in terms of discussions with clients, consultants, planners, etc as well as coordinating the input of other members of the AI team to produce the highest quality documentation and presentation material. The role requires a high level of ability and understanding specifically of the residential sector as well as charisma and confidence.You will need to have the practical skills and knowledge to enable you to best navigate the early RIBA project stages efficiently and professionally within tight programme constraintsOther requirements:
