Page Group is looking for an administrator to join the Digital Hub team to support the activities performed by Digital Hub team and also to coordinate the activities owned by vendors PMO. You will work out of attractive central London offices with hybrid working.DescriptionAs the Project Administrator for this Global recruitment company, you will be:Responsible for procurement activities (Create PO, good receipt creation, closing POs, Request code/ providercreation in the accounting system) Ensure clear tracking of invoice and contractor logs. Coordinate with project managers and vendors to reconcile on forecasted monthly spend. Ensure clear comms plan is in place across Digital Hub team and vendor for improved vendor service management. Administer JIRA accesses. Maintain and administer Sharepoint. Continuous improvement of team tools (dashboards, templates, etc ..) Report and analysis on projects actuals. Support preparation of Digital hub team level reporting.within required timelines. Follow up key programme level meeting actions with team and vendor. Administer and manage Resource Plan and Capacity Tracking against contracts.ProfileTo be successful in applying for the role of Project Administrator in london, you will have:2 year experience working in an admin role for IT programme teams. Familiarity with JIRA is preferred, but not essential Attention to detail and preparation High sense of ownership / drive.
