Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our clients busy team! You must be willing to learn, have strong communication skills and work effectively within a team. Does this sound like you Please apply today!Job title: Project AdministratorDuration: 2 months minimum temporary Start date: ASAPLocation: St Pauls (hybrid/remote working)Hourly rate: £13-14 an hourHours: Part-time Monday- Friday 12pm-6pm or 1pm-6pmDuties include the following:

  • Supporting the Project Manager on full administrative tasks
  • Formatting and uploading documents
  • Arranging and attending meetings completing minute taking
  • Database management
  • To ensure documentation and systems are properly administered and regularly reviewed
  • Preparation of any general correspondence, template documents, reports
  • All administrative duties, filing, copying etc
  • Assistant in any duties for the project
Candidate specifications/requirements
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong use of MS Office
  • Proactive and takes responsibility
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
  • Must be positive and a go-getter
